Can I get items from the shop made in different colours?
Yes, you can order one of designs available in the shop and have it made up in a wide range of colours. It is also possible to customise or tweak some of these designs to create the piece perfect for you.

As all pieces are handmade it normally takes about 3-4 weeks to complete an order, however if you are in a hurry for your hat please do contact me and I'll do my very best to work to your deadline.
I have a large number of hats in stock that are available for hire, please contact me with your style and colour requirements and I can let you know what pieces are available for hire. The charge for the hire of a hat or headpiece is £40, I ask customers to leave a deposit for the remaining value of the hat which is fully refunable when the hat is returned in good condition.
All items are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked & insured. Various options for worldwide postage are available depending on delivery times and insurance options. Please contact me for a postage quote.
United Kingdom - Royal Mail Signed For service. 2-4 days for delivery.
Europe - International Royal Mail Signed For service. 5-8 days for delivery.
Rest of the world - International Royal Mail Signed For service. 10-14 days for delivery.
Returns
I am unable to accept returns on bespoke or custom made pieces. Pieces from the online shop may be returned within 14 days in the unlikely event they are found to be faulty. A full refund will be given or a replacement piece provided.
